The Takamine GD10-NS is an affordable acoustic guitar, made with construction techniques developed by the Japanese brand that has already accustomed us to high quality instruments for all market segments.
The GD10-NS has the traditional dreadnought format, excellent for playing any style thanks to the volume and sound dynamics it offers. It's perfect for songwriters who need an instrument with good bass and volume to accompany the voice or to serve as a rhythm or lead guitar in conjunction with other instruments.
The body uses woods that complement each other perfectly to give a rich and very musical tone. The top is in spruce and the back and sides are mahogany. The glossy polyurethane finish highlights the natural tones and characteristics of the wood.
The neck is made from mahogany with a 12-inch radius for great comfort and an exceptional playing experience, especially with a pick. The fingerboard is in ovangkol, an African wood similar to rosewood, with pearl imitation markers.
The bridge is made of synthetic bone with a very faithful transmission of vibrations. Tuning stability is guaranteed by the high quality and durable chrome tuning machines.
