The neck is in nato, with a walnut fingerboard, punctuated with position markers in pearlescent dots. The Gretsch Jim Dandy Dread Frontier Stain has 20 vintage-sized frets and a synthetic bone nut.
The vintage style is also present in Gretsch's 1950's style chimes.
