The Gretsch G2420T Streamliner™ Single Cut is an electric guitar that features a classic jazz design for modern players. This model has a beautiful Havana Burst finish.
The Gretsch G2420T Streamliner guitar exudes class from the first moment you look at it. It is a large, hollow-bodied guitar with electronics capable of producing a powerful sound, but capable of transmitting all the subtlety of the most successful guitarists.
The arched body shapes of the Gretsch G2420T are made of laminated maple from the back to the top, supported by parallel crossbars that give it strength and solidity. The neck is in nato, with a C profile, with a dark laurel fingerboard, and 22 medium jumbo frets.
The shades of the Havana Burst finish add great personality and the F-shaped cutouts give these models a characteristic voice. The nail guard is imitation turtle.
The Gretsch G2420T's modernized electronics combined with its elegant and efficient construction make it carry the great Gretsch sound. The secret is in its Broad’Tron™ pickups, two humbuckers that give a consistent and warm tone, with great output, allowing it to perfectly execute both subtle dynamics with clean sound and can go through more aggressive and distorted sound paths.
