This CD contains many of Amália's greatest hits when they where performed in famous Parisian concert halls. The accompaniment for this concerts were made by Domingos Camarinha on the Portuguese Guitar and Santos Moreira on Viola with such success that later on, both musicians recorded their own solo works with the title 'Portuguese guitars'.
Amália had a great appreciation for France, a country that she considered her second home. Throughout her career she performed many times on Paris where many artists exchanged impressions and ideas.
