The body structure of the guitar has been modified to increase its robustness, strength and lightness, while giving it a high quality tone and a rich, full-bodied sound.

The top of the Alhambra 5P E8 is solid cedar, the bottom and sides are in indian rosewood, which gives it a brilliant tone. The neck is in samanguilla, reinforced with ebony. Ebony was also used for the scale, giving it a precise touch, great comfort and endurance.

The pickup is done by an internal condenser microphone in conjunction with a Matrix pickup placed under the bridge to make the most of the acoustic potential of this instrument with great fidelity.
