The American Custom line consists of a variety of models designed and developed by Vic Firth – drummer and teacher. The first manufacturer to apply the concept of a round impact surface to the drumstick design, Vic developed the other originals that complete the line with jazz musicians in mind. All eleven models are produced from selected maple to obtain a light and fast drumstick with great flexibility and rebound. The Custom line is perfect for the artist who plays lighter music or prefers a more robust drumstick without much weight.
