The Fender Newporter Player has a medium-sized auditorium body with cutaway. The top is in solid Sitka spruce, reinforced with X-shaped acoustic bars with the bottom and sides in sapele.
The neck is nato designed with a slim, easy-playing "C" shaped profile inspired by Fender electric guitars, offering superior hand comfort thanks to its consistently shallow depth and rounded neck edges. The fingerboard is made of walnut and features white dots.
The headstock is designed in the traditional shape of Fender electric guitars, featuring vintage-style tuners for smooth, precise tuning.
The retro design is accentuated by the shape of the pickguard and bridge cutout, over a spectacular satin finish in Surf Green. The valances are in aged white, for an even more vintage touch.
