Description

The Petrof P173 Breeze Demichippendale is a grand piano that calls attention for its style but the real highlight is in its sound.

With lines inspired by the classic style of the mid-18th century, the design of the Petrof P173 Breeze Demichippendale evokes the romanticism of the time in a provocation to the senses and emotions.

The sound fully meets expectations, being open, rounded and romantic thanks to a high quality construction in which each component has a positive effect on the sound of this instrument.

The Style Collection series enjoys great popularity among Petrof customers and has therefore become an integral part of the brand's regular production. The high proportion of manual labor used in the construction of these pianos makes each instrument unique.

Petrof has been manufacturing pianos since 1864, exporting to more than 65 countries. All instruments are manufactured in the Czech Republic, making it an excellent choice for anyone looking for a fully European piano. 80% of the manufacturing process is done by hand, with a careful choice of materials, which gives them an enormous quality of construction.

Carefully selected woods and processed in the Petrof factory, guarantee the highest quality standards in the built pianos. The choice of specific types of wood is the result of many years of experience, ensuring that each component is made of the most suitable material.

Petrof's iron frames are cast in damp sand molds, a traditional process that allows for a greater density of the metal, resulting in a very defined sound, used only by builders who maintain artisanal techniques in the construction of their instruments.

Each piano takes about 9 months to build, with 80% of the work to be done by hand. Each piano that leaves the Petrof factory is very representative of the work of the artisans who participated in its manufacture, reflecting their work and dedication and the accumulated experience of more than 150 years.

Petrof also promotes development projects with universities and research centers to innovate its instruments. The result is high quality pianos, very popular with great pianists for their delicate and romantic sound.

The elegant lines and superior musicality make the Petrof P173 Breeze Demichippendale one of the pianos preferred by pianists.
