This new edition of Wiener Urtext Edition consistently follows the faithful copy signed by Bach. There are ornate versions of Bach students, who provide insight into Bach's ornamentation, which were printed separately; mixing of different versions was deliberately avoided.
A suggestion is made by way of an example for performing the ornamental signs of Symphony No. 5.
