Mozart Concerto for Violin nº 3 in G Urtext

Love

"I would have liked to play the violin some more, but I was so poorly accompanied that it gave me cramps." So wrote Mozart to his father on October 16, 1777. Perhaps Mozart agreed with the approach of this new edition of the urtext, as the piano reduction is especially elegant and easy to play, unlike other editions whose overloaded piano parts neglect the needs of the soloist. The text of the solo part corresponds exactly to Mozart's own notation, and the cadenzas provided by Munich virtuoso Kurt Guntner are a stylistically reliable bonus.
